Salon Policy
If you are running 10 minutes late, please give the salon a courtesy call.
Depending on how late you are, rescheduling may be an option.
If you are running 30 minutes late, it will be very hard to achieve your desirable end result.
It will be best to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
A long delay makes things worse for each customer who follows, and that’s unfair to clients who arrive on time.
If you no show on your appointment you will be charged for the missed appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is important to us!
All services must be booked with a credit card.
If you are feeling ill on the day of your appointment you may cancel with no penalty fee.
Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a charge to 50% of the reserved amount.
NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
